Alterman provided electrical construction and voice/data installations at the SBC Genomics Computing Center at the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research. The electrical and data installation for a 6,380 sq. ft. genetic analysis facility provided room for more than 1,000 dual-processor computers working in parallel and included power distribution units for the 2,300 sq. ft. computer room and uninterruptible power supply.
