Alterman provided value engineering and electrical construction for the 38-story conference hotel containing 915 guest rooms, 86 suites, 36 ballrooms and meeting rooms, and support facilities.  Completed in 1988, Alterman continues to provide electrical service and upgrades for the 1,000,000 sq. ft. hotel.  The initial electrical scope included lighting and power distribution, and specialty lighting including elaborate chandeliers, as well as fire alarm, dimming, energy management, sound, and emergency systems.
