Originally constructed as the Medical Arts Building in 1926, the 13-story historic landmark was converted into a hotel in 1985 and was named the Emily Morgan Hotel after the legendary heroine of the Texas Revolution. Alterman provided the electrical design and construction for the 1985 renovation that converted 130,000 sq. ft. of office space into 177 guest rooms and suites. Back |
