Alterman provided design assistance and electrical construction for this 28-story high-rise and eight-story pre-cast parking garage in 1984. Alterman continues to provide electrical, data/communications, and security installations for various tenants at the 558,000 sq. ft. office building. Alterman's initial scope of work included:
- 10,000A, 480V main service entrance
- 3,000A and 4,000A bus riser
- 400 kW emergency generator system
- High-pressure sodium lighting fixtures in the parking garage
- Special security system through the seventh level
- Data cable installations
- Central lighting control system
