Alterman completed the original construction for the Forum Complex in 1983 and continues to provide electrical and telecommunications services for the numerous tenants. The office complex provides 380,000 sq. ft. of lease space consisting of a 16-story high rise, a three-story and a one-story office building, and a motor bank. The four-story parking garage added another 340,000 sq. ft. to the total construction project. The electrical construction included security, data cabling systems, multiple tenant-metering, fire alarm, emergency generator, and lightning protection systems.
